Where are your products made?

All products are proudly made right here in the U.S.A. and are 100% union printed.

Can I return or exchange my merchandise?

When you shop at EMILYs List, you're getting made-to-order merchandise just for you. As such, we do not currently accept returns or offer exchanges. Be sure to double-check your cart’s contents before making your purchase — and thank you for supporting Democratic pro-choice women!

If I received the wrong merchandise or my items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please reach out to customer service here. We will happily replace or refund any incorrect or damaged orders free of charge, including shipping costs.

The incorrect or damaged merchandise must first be returned in its original condition before the replacement order will be processed.

Is my purchase considered a donation to EMILYs List?

Yes, all store purchases are considered donations to EMILYs List and will help elect Democratic pro-choice women.

When will I receive my order?

It may take up to two weeks to receive your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery.

Can you ship products internationally?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship products internationally.

Why am I required to give my employer and occupation information?

EMILYs List is required by the FEC to collect this information, as your purchase is considered a political contribution.

What does it mean when an item is “backordered”?

Occasionally we temporarily run out of our most popular products. Don’t worry if your item is backordered – we’ll get more made and have it to you as quickly as we can. If you have questions or concerns about a backordered item please contact customer service here.
